Anchor-tech track record

The Anchor-tech export team has been responding to international inquiries from this Guangzhou office since 2014. Over that period we have built response protocols for English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian, and Arabic queries, with native-speaker or near-native-speaker coverage for the first four languages. Our sales pipeline currently handles around 600 active customer accounts across 47 countries, with technical correspondence generated by the same application-engineering team that runs the design engagements described on the Service page. If you are a first-time buyer with a specific technical question, the inquiry you submit through this page will be routed to the engineer who covers your industry — steel mill backup, aluminium smelter, petrochemical vessel, marine HVAC, or kiln / furnace — rather than to a generalist sales inbox. This routing matters because the engineer will recognise your service condition immediately and respond with the right product grade rather than asking 20 discovery questions.

When you submit the form, please include as much of the following information as practical — it accelerates the engineering response by 1–2 days: (a) host equipment type and service (ladle, tundish, furnace, kiln, pipe, vessel, HVAC duct), (b) hot-face operating temperature on the cold side of the working lining, (c) backup layer geometry (flat, curved, formed 3D) and existing dimensions, (d) any facing / skin requirement (PE film, aluminium foil, glass-fibre fabric, none), (e) target project date and shipment destination, (f) any relevant drawings or installation photos. Drawings in DWG, DXF, STEP, or PDF are all accepted; photos help the engineering team identify the failure mode if the inquiry is about replacing a failed installation. We treat every inquiry as confidential — your geometry and operating data are not shared with third parties without written permission.

Anchor-tech track record

Anchor-tech's only manufacturing facility is in Guangzhou, China — every product on this website is produced at that facility under our direct quality-control oversight. We do not operate contract manufacturing, white-label production, or trading-company sourcing arrangements. The regional agents and freight partners listed on this page handle only commercial liaison, language support, documentation, and logistics — the technical and quality responsibility remains with our Guangzhou engineering and production teams. This single-source accountability is the operational advantage of working with the original equipment manufacturer: when a customer reports an issue, the people investigating are the same people who designed and produced the product. For customers who require audit access, our Guangzhou facility is open to scheduled customer audits (typically 1–2 days for first-time audit) and to remote video audit by prior arrangement.

The contact information on this page is verified — email addresses are monitored by named team members (not a generic info@ mailbox that nobody owns), phone numbers and WhatsApp numbers are staffed during business hours, and the physical address in Guangzhou is open to scheduled visits. We commit to the 24-hour first-response SLA on every inquiry submitted through the form. If we miss the SLA — which happens occasionally during Chinese New Year (typically mid-February) and during peak trade-fair weeks — we extend a USD 100 service credit against the first order from the affected customer. Past SLAs are tracked monthly and reported to the management review. We have not had a regulatory complaint, a customer-issued product-safety alert, or a freight-related dispute escalate to formal mediation in the past five years; the archived records are available for audit by customers with prior written request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick technical and commercial answers about Contact for engineering buyers, procurement teams, and installers. For project-specific questions not covered here, contact our application engineering team.

Initial response is within 24 working hours. For technical sizing questions that need our application engineering team, the engineer follows up within 48 working hours with a written proposal including the suggested product grade, calculated board thickness, expected thermal loss reduction, and rough price indication. If the inquiry includes a non-standard configuration (custom thickness, custom facing, formed geometry), the team may request a 15-minute call to clarify geometry before issuing the proposal — calls are scheduled across UTC +8 (Asia), UTC (Europe), and UTC -5 (Americas) time zones. Customers who mark the inquiry as urgent are routed to the WhatsApp business line and typically see response in under 4 hours during business hours. Saturday and Sunday inquiries are queued and answered Monday morning Asia time; we do not staff a 24/7 call desk because we would rather give a deliberate engineering answer than a fast one.
Our primary business language is English, used by the export sales team, application engineering, and management. Mandarin and Cantonese are spoken by the production-side team in Guangzhou and used for internal coordination. For Spanish-speaking customers in Latin America, we have a Spanish-speaking sales engineer who handles the regional pipeline. For Portuguese-speaking customers (Brazil, Portugal, Lusophone Africa), the Spanish-speaking engineer handles Portuguese with support from an in-house Portuguese-fluent staff member. German technical queries are handled by our German-speaking export manager — relevant for Austrian, Swiss, and German industrial customers who require German-language data sheets and quotation letters. Russian and Arabic are handled with translation support; we do not maintain in-house native speakers for these languages but our translation partners are industrial-engineering translators who have handled our documentation for at least three years. Translation quality is verified by our German-speaking export manager before issue.
For standard matrix products (rigid board in stock sizes 1000 × 1200 mm, thicknesses 10/15/25/30/40/50 mm, with or without standard PE / aluminium foil / glass-fibre facings), the MOQ is one pallet — typically 4–8 m³ depending on density and packaging density. For non-standard but non-custom configurations (slightly different thickness, slightly different panel size, special facings), the MOQ is 5 m³ to justify a small-batch production run. For fully custom products (formed 3D parts, custom pressed sizes, custom pressed thicknesses, custom facings, special density targets), the MOQ is typically 10 m³ or USD 8,000 ex-works order value, whichever is greater. Sample-only orders (typically USD 50–150 sample fee) are accepted before commercial order and the sample fee is fully credited against the first commercial order above 1 m³. There is no annual volume commitment — each order is a stand-alone transaction.
Standard terms for new customers are 30% T/T deposit against proforma invoice, 70% T/T balance against copy of B/L (bill of lading). For orders below USD 15,000, we typically require 100% T/T in advance to keep transaction cost reasonable. For repeat customers with a positive payment history (typically after three successful orders), we can extend to net-30 days on confirmed purchase order with prior credit approval, or to L/C at sight for larger contracts. L/C at sight (irrevocable, confirmed by a first-class international bank) is the preferred instrument for first-time orders above USD 50,000 — it protects both parties and is the cleanest documentary credit. We do not currently accept credit-card payments for commercial orders because the merchant fee structure is unfavourable for industrial goods; samples can be paid by credit card through PayPal. All quotations are issued in USD by default; EUR and RMB quotations are available on request, with FX risk carried by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standard Incoterms supported are EXW (ex-works Guangzhou), FOB (free on board — typically Shenzhen or Guangzhou port), CFR / CIF (cost and freight / cost insurance and freight to a named destination port), and DAP (delivered at place — to a named address in the destination country). DDP (delivered duty paid) is offered for selected destinations (US, EU member states, UK, Australia, Canada) where we have established brokerage relationships; for less-frequent destinations, DDP is handled case-by-case. Sea freight is the default for orders above 2 m³; air freight is offered for urgent shipments and is typically 6–8× the sea rate but 10× faster. Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) is used for sample shipments and small emergency quantities. We provide consolidated shipping for customers with multiple orders to the same destination — savings on freight typically 15–25% versus individual shipments.
Our shipment process includes photo-documentation at packing (each pallet photographed before stretch-wrap, container photos at stuffing, B/L photographs before container dispatch). If damage is found at destination, the customer must note “DAMAGED” or “SHORT” on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing, photograph the damage before opening, and notify us within 7 calendar days. We then file a freight claim with the carrier and, depending on whether the damage originated at our warehouse or in transit, either send replacement material at our cost (factory damage) or assist with the carrier claim (transit damage). Wrong-material shipments are notified within 7 calendar days; we air-freight the correct material at our cost and arrange return of the wrong material. The exception is custom-produced material — once a custom pressing run is produced, it cannot be returned; this is why we always produce custom material against a written and counter-signed drawing approval before manufacture.
