Our Factory & Production Base
Anchor-tech operates a 50,000 m² production base in Guangzhou, China, dedicated to nano microporous insulation manufacturing. Board forming, CNC precision cutting, facing lamination (PE film, aluminum foil, glass fiber fabric), and final inspection are integrated under one roof, so tolerances, facing quality, and lead times are controlled in-house rather than outsourced step by step.
- In-house lamination lines for PE, aluminum foil, and glass fiber fabric facings
- CNC cutting for custom shapes, arc segments, and tight dimensional tolerances
- Batch traceability from raw fumed silica to the finished board
Quality Control & Batch Testing
Every production batch is sampled and tested before packing. Thermal conductivity is measured at multiple temperature points following YB/T4130-2005, and boards are checked for density, thickness tolerance, and surface integrity. Test data is recorded per batch, so customers can trace the performance of the exact material shipped to them. Third-party testing can be arranged on request for project orders.

Why engineering buyers trust About Us
Anchor-tech track record
The Guangzhou production facility spans approximately 50,000 square metres of built floor area on a 75,000 square-metre site. Pressing capacity is distributed across three lines running at 1.5 m³ per hour per line at typical density, giving a nameplate annual capacity of 6,000 m³ of finished microporous board equivalent. Storage capacity on-site covers approximately 600 m³ of finished inventory at any time, allowing us to maintain buffer stock on the highest-volume stock items (1000 × 1200 mm panels at thicknesses 20, 25, and 30 mm) and respond to spot orders with 5–10 working days of ex-works dispatch. The factory is located approximately 35 km from Nansha Port and 65 km from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, which keeps inbound raw-material logistics and outbound container-loading logistics within efficient trucking distances.
Anchor-tech track record
Our engineering team includes a technical lead with a PhD in ceramic engineering and 18 years of industrial high-temperature insulation experience, two senior process engineers with 10+ years each on fumed-silica pressing and opacifier dispersion, three application engineers with backgrounds in thermal-furnace design and refractory installation, and a quality-engineering group that runs the mill-test verification on every production lot. The technical team is the same group that responds to customer engineering queries — there is no intermediary between the customer's thermal engineer and our process engineer. For unusual specifications outside the standard matrix (high-density board above 280 kg/m³, very-thin panels below 10 mm, custom opacifier loading for higher-temperature service), the technical team runs the feasibility review, the lab-trial verification, and the production-trial scale-up before a commercial quotation is issued.
Anchor-tech track record
As the original equipment manufacturer, Anchor-tech owns the production process end to end. The fumed-silica master batch, the opacifier dispersion, the pressing cycle, the post-press drying, the cut-to-size operation, and the vacuum-panel lamination all happen on a single site under a single quality system. We do not buy pressed boards from a third party and re-sell them under our brand. We do not broker orders through a trading company. That vertical integration is what allows a thermal-conductivity question to be answered by the engineer who runs the pressing line, and what allows us to ship a custom-sized panel with the same mill-test-report traceability as a stock item. Our customers — procurement officers at steel mills, refractory installers at petrochemical complexes, OEM engineers at aerospace tier-1 suppliers — value that direct line of technical accountability.
Anchor-tech track record
The numbers we publish on our website and in our quotation letters come from our own production lots, measured on our own heat-flow meter, against our own lot traceability records. We do not paraphrase supplier datasheets. We do not publish "typical" thermal-conductivity numbers without an accompanying four-temperature-point verification. We do not round up — if a lot measures 0.024 W/(m·K) at 200 °C, we publish 0.024, not 0.020. For customers who require tighter lot-to-lot control, we run dedicated production batches with 100% inspection and a two-year sample-retention programme; the per-piece price uplift covers the additional QC time and is quoted explicitly in the commercial offer. We make the same commitment to data integrity for our overseas customers that we make for our domestic Chinese customers.
