Our Factory & Production Base

Anchor-tech operates a 50,000 m² production base in Guangzhou, China, dedicated to nano microporous insulation manufacturing. Board forming, CNC precision cutting, facing lamination (PE film, aluminum foil, glass fiber fabric), and final inspection are integrated under one roof, so tolerances, facing quality, and lead times are controlled in-house rather than outsourced step by step.

Quality Control & Batch Testing

Every production batch is sampled and tested before packing. Thermal conductivity is measured at multiple temperature points following YB/T4130-2005, and boards are checked for density, thickness tolerance, and surface integrity. Test data is recorded per batch, so customers can trace the performance of the exact material shipped to them. Third-party testing can be arranged on request for project orders.

Pressing capacity is distributed across three lines running at 1.5 m³ per hour per line at typical density, giving a nameplate annual capacity of 6,000 m³ of finished microporous board equivalent. Storage capacity on-site covers approximately 600 m³ of finished inventory at any time, allowing us to maintain buffer stock on the highest-volume stock items (1000 × 1200 mm panels at thicknesses 20, 25, and 30 mm) and respond to spot orders with 5–10 working days of ex-works dispatch. Export packaging follows a standard protocol: each panel is vacuum-sealed in PE film to prevent moisture ingress during transit, then stacked on export-grade wooden pallets or in wooden crates depending on size. Crates are heat-treated and ISPM-15 stamped for international phytosanitary compliance. Typical 20-foot container loading: 60–90 m³ of finished board depending on thickness. 40-foot high-cube container: 130–180 m³. Loading is supervised by our logistics team with photographic documentation. Each shipment carries a packing list, commercial invoice, mill-test report, REACH / RoHS / asbestos-free declarations, and any destination-specific certifications requested by the customer. We ship FOB Guangzhou as standard; CIF, CFR, and DAP terms are quoted on request.
Every production lot is sampled at three points — start, middle, and end of the batch run — and tested for density (target 220–280 kg/m³), thermal conductivity at 200 °C and 400 °C (target 0.022–0.025 W/(m·K) at 200 °C), dimensional tolerance (target ±2 mm length, ±1 mm thickness), and compressive strength at 10% deformation (target ≥0.35 MPa). The heat-flow meter used for thermal-conductivity verification is calibrated quarterly against a NIST-traceable reference standard. The results are compiled into a mill-test report that ships with each lot. We retain archived samples from every production batch for 24 months — if a customer reports a field issue, we can pull the archived lot sample and re-test against the customer’s installation condition. This level of traceability is uncommon in the industry and is one of the operational reasons we maintain our ISO 9001 certification rather than letting it lapse.
Our standard warranty is 12 months from ex-works dispatch against manufacturing defects. If a customer reports a field issue — cracked panel, off-spec thermal conductivity, premature service degradation — we ask for photographs, installation records, and lot number from the shipping documents. We then pull the archived sample for that lot and re-test in our lab. If the re-test confirms the customer’s report, we ship replacement material at our cost including freight and cover reasonable installation labour. If the re-test clears our product, we share the test data with the customer and jointly investigate the installation condition (joint staggering, pin pattern, vapour barrier integrity, moisture exposure during storage) to identify the root cause. We have honoured warranty claims on roughly 0.3% of shipments over the past five years — well below industry average — and our response time on a typical claim is 7–14 working days from initial report to resolution.
