We do not commit to a specific energy saving in absolute terms — actual field saving depends on installation quality, operating conditions, and maintenance practice. If the customer implements the recommendation and the field performance differs materially from the calculated prediction, we will investigate at no charge; the typical finding is installation-related (gaps, compression, unexpected conditions) rather than calculation-related. We do not accept consulting engagements where the desired outcome is predetermined (e.g. "we need the analysis to show a 2-year payback") — if the analysis shows a longer payback, we report the actual result.
